Alexander Pavlovich Lopukhin (1852-1904), professor of Moscow State University and MDA, an outstanding representative of the Russian Bibli-Bogoslovsk school of the late XIX-early XX centuries.
Unique publication. In total, Lopukhin’s interpreted Bible was published 4 times: in 1914 (this publication became a bibliographic rarity), in 1988 (very bad reprint), in the late 90s and early 2000s (the Minsk Publishing House Harvest). The last 2 publications are a re -leaf containing a huge number of errors of the old edition and a new set. In our publication, inaccuracies were corrected, all reductions of the first edition were disclosed and checked. The text of the Bible and comments is located in a different order, which allows you to use the book more conveniently. In our publication, Kegl is increased.
