Assessment of the socio-economic consequences of Russia’s accession to the WTO: Greenberg, Barkovsky, Tatarkin

The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the problems of Russia’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). A brief description of the WTO and its activities is given; The processes of globalization in the global economy, the economic situation of Russia and its regions, the state of the negotiation process on the accession of Russia to the WTO, the threat of economic security and the effects expected from the accession of Russia to the WTO are analyzed.
