Dimensions of atrocities: Alexey Ilyushkin

The book “Sizes of atrocities” was written for two years. In 2006, the texts were posted on the Internet, on the platform of the art group “What to do?” (curator – D. Vilensky). From the side of professional writers, poems greeted strict criticism, and the author himself was a bracket as a “gopnik” (“Is this an example not like a left -wing, but generally“ sane ”art?”). The publication of the book coincides with the release of Ilyushkin’s first films – “Waves”.
