Domestic philosophy of the 50-80s of the twentieth century and Western thought: Nelly Motroshilov

The key texts on the history of philosophy, written by Nelly Vasilyevna Motroshilova, are united by the concept of the place of philosophy and philosophers in a historically developing society. The core of this concept is three basic principles. The first is the concept of a working idea, the second is that N.V. Motroshilova calls the “personal principle”, and the third is a distinction between three levels of historical development of society: civilization, era, historical situation. This approach is used by the author in this book. This is one of the first attempts to comprehend the role of philosophers in the Soviet and post -Soviet society, and in society as a whole.
