Full bowl: Sergey Tsigal

The book of the famous Russian gastronomic journalist, culinary critic, TV presenter, artist and traveler Sergei Tsigal is not just a collection of recipes (although there are more than a hundred of them are there are anxial, spectacular, repeatedly tested by the author and his friends). “Full Cup” is an author’s project that combines travel notes, memories, jokes and essays, which are somehow related to the theme of food in the broadest sense of the word. And most importantly in the book, this, of course, is the figure of the author himself – a supervisory, charismatic person, who knows how to truly enjoy life and invariably surrounded by friends who are ready to share with him both adventures, and the pleasure of a well -cooked dish and the joy of conversation.
