Oleg Khlebnikov (born in 1956, Izhevsk) is the author of eight books of poems that have published in Russia and abroad (in France and Denmark). “Instinct of preservation” is the most complete collection of poems and poems by O. Khlebnikov. It includes the works that have already been published in books and literary magazines – those of them, which, according to the author, have passed the test of time – and the new book “On the Fisherman and the Fish”.
In addition to French and Danish, Khlebnikov’s poems were translated into English, Bulgarian, Flemish and other languages.
He represented our country at several international poetic festivals. He is the laureate of the Gorky Prize “For the Best First Book” (1978), Prize of the magazine “Spark” (1990).
