Vadim Shefner (1914-2002) – a famous Leningrad poet, prose writer and science fiction. From childhood, many from childhood are familiar with the lines he wrote: “In a word you can kill, in a word you can save, in a word, you can stale shelves for yourself …”
An important place in the work of Shefner is occupied by Leningrad, the city in which he was born has lived all his life and which he loved with all his soul.
