This study, closely related to the majority of the author’s previous works, is caused by the problem that occupied it on the university bench. What is sociology? How and how to do it? Is it really a social physics, which opens, or at least that can discover, natural laws of the human dormitory? If so, what are these laws and how to look for them and check? If not, then does sociology exist and can exist? Maybe there is no real scientific sociology yet. Perhaps it should still arise.
In connection with the direction of this work, the problem of sociology that was still pursuing the author has turned into a purely genetic problem. And to decide it for the author began to understand its genealogy, to understand those very specific historical and mental conditions that caused it to life.
