Korney Veles is a successful lawyer, married to a second marriage, loves Ingu’s wife and her daughter Maya. Korney hopes that they will have common children, but doubt arises in his soul. He learns that Inga together secretly from him often leaves for the near Moscow. Suddenly, Korney discovers a watercolor at home – a female portrait performed on the model of Velazquez “Venus in front of the mirror”: it depicts a woman facing the viewer with her back and considering her reflection in the mirror. With one difference: the face of non -yules, a nightmare image, as if extracted from a bad dream, are reflected on the watercolors in the mirror. Instead of the signature in the lower corner of the picture, it is executed by a faded ancient knit of the cipher. Veles tries to solve the riddle, but chooses for this, probably not the most successful moment.
